We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer support roles, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The role involves responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, managing and running successful sales campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and run sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and meet productivity targets.
- QuickBooks Online expertise.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Teamwork.com, Adobe Acrobat Sign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Inventory management tools (SKU Vault), and Shipstation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or customer support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
- Resilient, proactive, and highly organized individual with the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
