Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our hospitality facilities in South and West India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a pleasant demeanor and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
  • Manage front desk operations efficiently, handling check-ins and check-outs while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, directing them to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documents, updating them as needed, and create spreadsheets for reporting and operational purposes.
  • Support property management by conducting inventory checks, procuring monthly supplies, and stepping in as the on-site manager during the absence of senior staff.
  • Assist with food and beverage services to ensure guest satisfaction and help with bookkeeping tasks, including issuing invoices and payments.
  • Be willing to travel to other properties in South and West India when required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality.
  • A pleasant personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Final-year student or graduate from a Hotel Management program is preferred.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India.
