Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a strong focus on sales conversions and revenue growth. As a Reservations Executive, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Room Reservations: Utilize your communication skills to manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and OTAs.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Offer accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions to guests and travel agents.
  • Convert Inquiries into Bookings: Employ your sales skills to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services.
  • Coordinate Guest Requirements: Work closely with operations teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain Updated Records: Maintain up-to-date records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports.
  • Built Relationships: Foster strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and repeat guests.
  • Handle Cancellations and Modifications: Efficiently handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests from guests.
  • Monitor OTA Bookings and Reviews: Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews, and respond promptly to maintain high ratings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality: Possess a degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Prior Experience in Reservations or Sales: Have prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a preference for English language proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Hotel PMS and OTA Platforms: Familiarize yourself with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms.
  • Sales-Driven, Customer-Oriented, and Detail-Focused: Exhibit a sales-driven approach, with a customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Multitask in a Fast-Paced Environment: Show your ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
