Job Title: Front Office Manager

At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Front Office Manager to spearhead the Reservations Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling Inbound/Outbound client calls/messages inquiries on IVR/OTAs and converting them into bookings to meet/exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Central Reservation System, create reservations, maintain customer records, and update advance payments/balance receivable.
  • Responsible for OTA marketing/promotion plans.
  • Identify new revenue generation opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
  • Understand market trends, competitors' strengths/weaknesses, and economic conditions to sell effectively.
  • Actively participate in social media travel-related groups to generate leads/prospect customers.
  • Coordinate site visits/schedule client meetings.
  • Maintain/update inquiry records, sales records for online/offline sales.
  • Prepare daily check-in/check-out schedules for respective check-ins/check-outs and share with Operations team for site preparation.
  • Collect/maintain customer information database/contact details.
  • Track balance payments receivable, extra charges/additional services rendered and ensure collection/update at check-in/check-out.
  • Track monthly inquiries through offline/online channels for sales analysis.
  • Prepare/deliver daily/weekly reports for leads/conversions.
  • Follow up for reviews from guests.
  • Conduct market research/competition mapping and keep Management updated on new offerings by competitors.
  • Assist in research and development of new online/offline sales channels/partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office/reservations department (hotels).
  • Excellent communication skills, English (written/spoken) is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is required.

Office Location:

Daily reporting would be at our office located near Gurgaon. Working Hours/Days: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week.

Weekly Offs:

Candidates will be given the option to choose a weekly off between Monday-Thursday at the time of appointment. Only candidates willing to take up added responsibility and be part of a fast-growing startup should apply.
