Deputy Director: A Strategic Leadership Role

  • Optimize Resources: Strategic oversight will ensure the efficient use of space and capacity to maximize inventory turns and revenue.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: Key problem-solving skills will be leveraged, understanding business operations to identify gaps and drive innovative solutions.
  • Drive Strategic Change: Leading key initiatives from blueprint to business impact, championing projects that fundamentally improve supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in e-commerce, supply chain, or operations with a Tier-1/2 MBA.
  • Masterful problem-solving skills with exceptional analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
