Job Title: Reservations Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated reservations professional to join our dynamic team in Tiruppur, India. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing an end-to-end reservations process and laying the foundation for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reservations across various channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline sources.
  • Handle guest communication effectively via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate data on property management systems (PMS) and OTA extranets.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are up-to-date.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with property managers for seamless check-ins and special requests.
  • Analyze and present daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in reservations or front office roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets, including Booking.com, Agoda, and Airbnb.
  • Knowledge of PMS and rate management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional languages an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email composition.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic start-up environment.
