Job Title: Reservation Services Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Reservation Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting guests with hotel bookings, managing reservations, and providing information on availability and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist guests with hotel bookings by sharing property details, availability, and pricing
  2. Handle calls, messages, and inquiries from potential guests or partners
  3. Manage and update reservation records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  4. Coordinate with internal teams for booking confirmations
  5. Provide follow-up and support on guest queries and resolve concerns proactively
  6. Maintain daily records of reservations, changes, cancellations, and feedback
  7. Upsell relevant options based on availability and guest needs
  8. Support reservation reporting and contribute to enhancing booking efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in reservations, sales, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt pricing strategies accordingly
  • Proficient in using reservation management software and tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
