Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Services Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- This position requires strong English communication skills, both speaking and writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring efficient handling and transfer to relevant personnel or departments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, including logs and updates.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as canteen, housekeeping, and security duties.
- Prepare data related to HR and admin, including overtime and canteen details.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including document scanning, printing, and filing.
- Arrange appointments, activities, and schedules.
- Maintain front office supplies and inventory.
- Provide excellent guest management services, welcoming visitors, arranging refreshments, and setting up meeting rooms.
- Oversee pantry management, including stock maintenance and crockery items.
- Ensure efficient courier management, maintaining records and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Organize library management, issuing books and motivating employees to read.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing).
