This role is based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely information for senior management decision-making. Develop data extraction and visualization capabilities to bring visibility and transparency to key business metrics.
- Drive cost improvement and optimize site fixed overheads. Identify focus areas, run simulations, and monitor progress with site teams.
- Lead the digital transformation of finance functions using BI tools like Power BI. Develop dashboards and models for efficient data extraction and visualization.
- Integrate diverse internal and external data sources for seamless automation of business analysis.
- Analyze large datasets to enhance reports and performance tracking against targets.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive performance and growth.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Regional Finance with FP&A, manufacturing site finance, costing, and business partnering.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is essential.
- Strong business acumen, financial, technical, and quantitative analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage complex business challenges.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
