Remote IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional support for Microsoft 365 applications, work with architects on Exchange Online and SharePoint Online migrations, configure Intune device enrollment and compliance policies, administer Active Directory and Azure AD, and diagnose and resolve Level 2 incidents remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 Support: Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 apps, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Migrations and Deployments: Collaborate with architects on Exchange Online and SharePoint Online migrations, including cut-over and hybrid scenarios.
  • Intune Device Management: Configure and support Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, and app deployments for Windows, iOS, and Android endpoints.
  • Active Directory and Azure AD Administration: Administer on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD, including user lifecycle management, group policies, authentication issues, and conditional access troubleshooting.
  • Level 2 Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve Level 2 incidents remotely, minimizing downtime and ensuring system availability.
Requirements:
  • IT Experience: 4+ years in IT support, including at least 2 years in a Level 2 capacity.
  • Microsoft 365 Expertise: Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online, with hands-on migration experience.
  • Intune Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Intune endpoint enrollment, compliance, and configuration policies.
  • AD/Azure AD Skills: Solid background in Active Directory/Azure AD user and group management, GPO, and authentication troubleshooting.
  • Broad Understanding: Broad understanding of Windows OS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), and endpoint security principles.
