
Technical Support Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely technical assistance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with minimal supervision.
- Document and track customer interactions in our system, maintaining accurate records and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues, communicating effectively and professionally.
- Provide training and support to customers on product usage, adapting to individual needs and preferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA, are highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
- Experience with customer support software, including ticketing systems and helpdesk tools.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP and network protocols.
- Knowledge of cloud services and applications, including AWS and Azure.
