Sales Development Representative

Kasplo is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach and networking efforts.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging CRM tools and sales outreach platforms to optimize lead qualification and conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences and drive long-term revenue growth.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B SaaS sales environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven sales development representative background with a strong focus on lead generation and prospecting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales outreach platforms
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development within a dynamic startup environment.
