Customer Support Specialist

At ANRI Solutions HR Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze customer data to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries, meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product suite and its deployment environments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a SaaS organization.
- Microsoft certification in cloud technologies and experience with administration of Microsoft SharePoint.
- Demonstrable experience in HTML, CSS, REST, JAVA,.NET, and other relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft web server and development products, as well as experience in planning or setting up infrastructure.
- Experience with salesforce, power user, or administrator, and prior experience supporting applications that integrate with Salesforce.
- SQL developer experience, including understanding stored procedures and database design.
- Experience with network diagnostics and troubleshooting.
