We're seeking an exceptional Tech Lead to spearhead our LLM (Large Language Model) initiatives. As a seasoned professional, you'll lead the development and integration of Python-based applications with cutting-edge LLMs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement scalable LLM pipelines, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  • Design robust microservices and APIs for AI features, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with MLOps teams to deploy and monitor AI models in production, prioritizing performance optimization, cost efficiency, and security.
  • Guide the team on Python best practices, code reviews, and technical problem-solving, promoting continuous learning and growth.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI/LLM advancements, proposing innovative solutions where beneficial.
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask), with experience in integrating LLMs (OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain).
  • Understanding of RAG pipelines, including vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering & evaluation techniques, as well as MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Langfuse).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), along with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of model fine-tuning and performance optimization, ensuring seamless deployment and maintenance.
