Job Description:

As an Industrial Automation Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and order booking targets in the assigned region of Gujarat. Your key objectives include:

  • Preparing and implementing business plans monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Creating and executing account plans for all customers and updating on a quarterly basis
  • Developing new customers in the assigned region using solution sales approach
  • Increasing in-house business shares in existing customers

You will work closely with Channel Partners, Direct Customers, System Integrators, and other stakeholders to drive business growth. Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities, are essential for this role.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • 6-8 years of experience in the field of industrial automation
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent diploma
  • MBA (in any stream) is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of PLC, Servo, HMI, Vision, Safety, Sensors, Components
  • Robots Knowledge (added advantage)
  • Experience dealing with OEMs and EU's
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

A competitive salary of ₹1200000 per annum (approximately $165,000 USD) is offered for this position, reflecting your expertise and industry standards.
