About the Role:

As a seasoned Industrial Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise in market analysis, customer relationship management, and team leadership.

Salary Estimate: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum based on location (Ahmedabad) and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales objectives and revenue targets in the industrial filter manufacturing sector.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify emerging trends, and evaluate competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and business expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision-makers in target industries and accounts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to develop customized solutions and value propositions for customers, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track sales opportunities, and forecast sales projections accurately.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to align business development efforts with company objectives and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, with a minimum of [insert number years] years of experience in industrial manufacturing or related industries.
