Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for all Kronos-related requirements.">
  • Configure and implement Kronos modules: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management.">
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Kronos capabilities.">
  • Translate business requirements into functional specs and configure Kronos accordingly.">
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollout.">
  • Perform Kronos system administration, including adding pay rules, accrual policies, and interfaces.">
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and handle system enhancements.">
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.">
  • Stay updated on new Kronos releases and functionality.">

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG Dimensions.">
  • Strong knowledge of pay rules, work rules, accruals, scheduling, and timekeeping configurations.">
  • Experience with Kronos Integration Manager, Interface Configuration, and Reporting.">
  • Ability to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver functional documentation.">
  • Experience supporting Kronos in complex enterprise environments.">
  • Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems integration.">
