Business Development Strategist

We are a leading company in the industry, and we're looking for an exceptional Presales Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scoping studies with prospects to identify their business needs and develop tailored solutions that address their pain points.
- Present our products in a compelling manner to prospects and customers, showcasing their value proposition.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Manage key deliverables and milestones to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
- Pitch our business capabilities to potential clients, highlighting our unique strengths and services.
- Create sales collaterals, such as presentations, proposals, cost sheets, and product brochures, to support the sales and marketing teams.
- Understand the bid lifecycle, from identification to submission and post-submission analysis.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that capture client needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop compelling proposals.
- Ensure all proposals are submitted on time, meeting or exceeding client requirements and expectations.
- Tailor proposal content to address specific client needs and showcase our organization's unique value proposition.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Track and report on proposal success rates, identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept executions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the business development lifecycle and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with C-level executives and conduct industry-specific demos, workshops, and value discovery sessions.
- Capacity to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and trends in IT Service Management.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
