About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Strategist to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our FMCG products at Good Health Company.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and innovative marketing techniques to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve business targets.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Drive sales performance through innovative campaigns, trade marketing, and channel partnerships.
    • Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and product placement to maximize ROI.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and explore new market opportunities, including untapped geographies and customer segments.
    • Lead market entry strategies and oversee execution plans.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Utilize analytics to track KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
    • Analyze customer behavior to refine product positioning and marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on growth objectives.
    • E nsure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on growth initiatives.
    • Set clear goals, provide feedback, and encourage innovation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth management, business development, or marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • An MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • A proven track record in achieving revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Excel.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience), plus benefits and bonuses.
