We are seeking a skilled Business Development Strategist to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our FMCG products at Good Health Company.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and innovative marketing techniques to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Growth Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve business targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales performance through innovative campaigns, trade marketing, and channel partnerships.
- Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and product placement to maximize ROI.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and explore new market opportunities, including untapped geographies and customer segments.
- Lead market entry strategies and oversee execution plans.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilize analytics to track KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
- Analyze customer behavior to refine product positioning and marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on growth objectives.

- Team Leadership:

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth management, business development, or marketing within the FMCG industry.
- An MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- A proven track record in achieving revenue targets and market expansion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Excel.
Salary: ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience), plus benefits and bonuses.
