Job Title: Center Manager-Learning Center

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Manager to lead our Learning Center team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and training to enhance team sales skills.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously improving the sales process, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Oversee the management of customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead Conversion: Maximize the conversion of leads to enrollments.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the center sales operations.
  • Content Development: Understand the content development process, work with educational content across all levels.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with senior faculty, freelancers, and global industry leaders.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies closely with franchisees and instructors to drive learner outcomes and referrals.
  • Franchise Support: Ensure franchise adherence to brand standards, policies, and compliance while acting as the bridge between franchise partner and internal team.
