A Telecommunications Representative

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled telecommunications professional to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls, pitching services, and converting leads into long-term clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our digital marketing solutions
  • Pitch our services and explain the benefits to customers
  • Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Maintain a database of customer calls and feedback to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound calling or telesales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate with customers
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude, with a focus on meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer objections and complaints effectively
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (but not mandatory)
