About the Job:

The HR Engagement and Initiatives Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the employee experience throughout their lifecycle. This includes conducting regular check-ins, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement: Conduct structured connects with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and improve the onboarding process.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics tools to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the workforce, and present regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Surveys and Insights: Design and administer employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend changes to improve the employee experience.
  • Transparent Communication: Foster clear and transparent communication with employees across all levels, and drive initiatives to build trust and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee touch points throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as an HR business partner by working closely with managers and leaders to align HR initiatives with institutional goals.
  • Process Improvement and Initiatives: Identify and propose improvements in engagement processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction, and lead initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys and analyzing results.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Slack, MS Excel, HRMS tools, or data visualization platforms.
