Job Overview:

The Exit Interview Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition of departing employees by conducting structured interviews, gathering feedback, and providing actionable insights to enhance retention and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage incoming requests and update tools with employee responses.Schedule and conduct exit interviews with departing staff members.Maintain confidentiality and facilitate objective, unbiased discussions.Collaborate with the Ethics team on ethics-related matters.Compose emails and provide clarification as needed.Work closely with stakeholders for exceptional scenarios.Prepare and publish regular reports of transactions processed.Understand Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhere to them.Present data in a logical manner with client-facing exposure.

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in exit interview processes.Knowledge and understanding of exit interview call handling.Strong communication and listening skills are essential.Ability to work independently and be a team player.Experience in handling transitions/knowledge transfer and organizational skills is desirable.
