Transition Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transition Project Manager to lead multiple projects through execution of strong project management principles and successfully deliver projects within timelines.

  • Skillful in using MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledgeable in data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead multiple Transition projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers
  • Establish robust governance and keep track of deliverables
  • Proactively identify and report project risks and mitigation plans
  • Capture learning and best practices and ensure reinforcement in subsequent projects

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 16+ years of IT project management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing mid/large scale migration projects
  • PMP certification (preferable)
