You will manage and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve territory targets, plan and implement promotional strategies to enhance market penetration, and travel within the city to develop the market and foster relationships with merchants.
Key skills include leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, as well as extensive experience in direct sales and market development strategies.
This role requires a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in field sales, team handling, and outlet onboarding.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
