Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Ahmedabad region. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
    • Develop actionable sales plans for the team, incorporating both field and remote efforts.
  • Hybrid Team Management:
    • Lead a hybrid sales team, ensuring seamless coordination between field activities and virtual reporting.
    • Conduct regular team meetings virtually or during scheduled office visits to track progress and address challenges.
    • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and achieve individual targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Identify, engage, and onboard potential B2B clients in the Ahmedabad region.
    • Conduct on-site client meetings to strengthen relationships and understand client needs.
    • Build long-term relationships with key clients to ensure sustained business growth.
  • Field and Revenue Focus:
    • Oversee field sales operations to ensure team members maximize client-facing time and generate leads.
    • Monitor and guide the team to achieve revenue and profitability targets through effective RFQ-to-PO conversion.
    • Drive upselling and cross-selling efforts during client visits and virtual discussions.
  • Reporting and Coordination:
    • Provide regular updates on sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Collaborate with the centralized sourcing team for seamless RFQ and PO processing.
    • Work with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements
  • Estimated Salary: ₹20 lakhs - ₹30 lakhs per annum (depending on experience)

  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
