We are seeking a Client Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will involve performing various tasks under the guidance of a supervisor or manager.

  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities with customers.
  • Collect and validate customer documents according to organizational standards.
  • Log cases in the system and follow procedures for disbursement.
  • Achieve a high sanction ratio as per organizational requirements.
  • Met client needs by cross-selling multiple products, working under the supervision of a manager.
  • Promote new vendor partnerships and build relationships with them, guided by a manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all audit and RBI regulations, with support from a manager.
  • This position requires an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field.
