We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Solutions Specialist to optimize global trade processes, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements for global trade and compliance processes.
  • Designing and implementing SAP GTS solutions, customizing functionalities such as Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
  • Configuring SAP GTS to support various global trade processes, including import/export management and customs documentation.
  • Developing custom enhancements and integrations as needed to extend GTS functionality.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize global trade processes to improve efficiency.
  • Managing master data for global trade, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Providing technical support for SAP GTS users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP GTS functionalities.
  • Documenting configurations, customizations, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
  • Integrating SAP GTS with other SAP modules (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and external systems.
  • Monitoring the performance of SAP GTS solutions and implementing enhancements as needed.

Our ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in configuring and implementing SAP GTS solutions, along with expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management within SAP GTS. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.

  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in customizing SAP GTS functionalities for import/export management, trade compliance, and customs documentation.
  • Experience in integrating SAP GTS with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving system issues and data discrepancies.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and training skills.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business, or equivalent practical experience is required.
