Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions using Blue Yonder ESP.

  • You will lead requirement gathering sessions, translate business needs into technical configurations, and configure, customize, and implement Blue Yonder ESP software to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with users to identify automation opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
  • Manage system integrations with ERP systems like SAP.
  • Deliver training sessions and create user documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support including hyper-care and change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture or consulting, focused on Blue Yonder ESP.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management processes and implementing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in ESP migration projects (SCP to ESP Cloud preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Blue Yonder ESP and ability to independently configure, model, and test plans.
  • Familiarity with Oracle databases, PL/SQL scripting, and software development life cycle.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
