Job Title: Acquisitions Specialist

About the Role:

This role involves overseeing tender management processes, ensuring seamless submission of bids and documents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital signatures, coordinating documentation, and liaising with vendors, clients, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender Management - Oversee the entire tender process from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Bid Document Preparation - Prepare and execute technical and commercial bid documents as per specifications.
  • Digital Signature Registration - Handle registration and catalog uploads on Government E-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
  • Tender Documentation - Coordinate tender documentation, pre-bid amendments, and compliance reviews.
  • Vendor Liaison - Liaise effectively with vendors, clients, and government bodies to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Management - Track and follow up on pending payments, recovering outstanding dues to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Process Improvement - Streamline workflows and implement submission trackers to reduce tender turnaround time and enhance overall efficiency.
