About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our people operations team. As a seasoned HR expert, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to compliance and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that drive morale and retention.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Indian labor laws.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive business results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
