Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

The position is responsible for spearheading the Human Resources function for Quality & Operations functions at a manufacturing site.

  • Develop and implement human resources strategy and policy in support of business objectives.
  • Manage harmonious industrial relations and ensure legal/statutory compliance across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partner: Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and human resource programs and practices.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify manpower requirements, plan budget, and hire talent within TAT to ensure business continuity.
  • HR Manpower Planning, Budgeting: Assist in budgeting process of all HR items (manpower costs, opex costs) and headcount requirement.
  • Performance Management: Drive continual performance management and annual compensation review for the site.
  • Talent Management: Implement periodic talent management reviews and ensure development/retention plans are executed.
  • Learning & Development: Promote a culture of learning and high performance.
  • HR Compliance & Statutory Obligations: Ensure HR legal compliances by monitoring and implementing applicable statutory laws.
  • Labour Management: Maintain a harmonious and productive IR environment.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Implement initiatives to impact key drivers of employee engagement.
  • HR Operations: Supervise and review all HR operations pertaining to employee life cycle.

Educational Qualifications:

Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years' experience handling HR function. Experience in manufacturing setup preferred.

  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management, especially senior-level stakeholders
