Business Transformation Manager

The role of a Business Transformation Manager is to drive strategic initiatives and foster constant improvement across an organization. This involves leading complex international programs and projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and designing target operating models that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage highly complex, broad, or multi-year international programs and projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with C-Suite stakeholders to ensure effective communication of progress, risks, and issues.
  • E nsure transparent and effective communication of progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.
  • Adhere to defined standards and governance structures to ensure overall program delivery meets quality standards and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years professional services experience with minimum 5 years related experience designing and implementing changes to operating models.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs across matrix structured organizations ideally across continents/regions.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and ability to drive sustainable changes within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills guiding, influencing, and convincing colleagues, leaders, and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Relevant program management qualification: MSP/PMI/APM or equivalent.
  • Experience in Employee Benefits / Pensions / Investments or HR Consulting business and solutions is highly desirable but not essential.
