Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Manager to join our team at Rooter. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through advertising, performance marketing, and other brand-related monetization channels in the respective region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive online media sales with the goal of increasing revenue and establishing brand position among online advertisers
  • Create content partnerships across gaming and esports companies
  • Pitch, close, and manage deals with major brand advertisers
  • Sell inventory and improve yield
  • Build, manage, and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/agencies, and maintain a threshold of ad sales revenue monthly

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ad sales, preferably digital, with a strong track record of successfully managing client relations, negotiating, and closing deals. They must have a strong relationship with agencies and clients, as well as fluency in solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience; an MBA is considered a plus
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ad sales (preferably digital) with any advertising company/ad network/publisher/ad-tech company
  • Strong relationships with agencies and clients
  • Fluency in solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc.
