This role involves contributing to the success of our organization by assisting in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interview scheduling, supporting onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and participating in other key aspects of human resources.

About this Role:
  • We are seeking a recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field to fill this position.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Screening: Assist in identifying qualified candidates through job portals and internal databases.
  2. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and management.
  3. Onboarding Support: Provide assistance with documentation and orientation processes for new employees.
  4. Employee Records: Maintain and update accurate records and databases.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Handle routine tasks and support team initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
