Job Title: Customer Success Intern

The Candidate Support Intern plays a pivotal role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities include being a candidate champion, having strong written and verbal communication skills, basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This internship involves addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat, reviewing candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, educating candidates on the documentation process, and documenting candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.

Candidate Support Interns will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience, create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions, and assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.

  • Full-time internship opportunity with a minimum duration of 9 months.
  • 6-day workweek with night shifts and weekends, including overtime pay as per company policy.

Candidate Success Interns must be proactive, flexible, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
