
Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a Customer Success Associate who will be the primary point of contact for learners after they join our programs.
This is a full-time opportunity to build strong client relationship skills, operational expertise, and product knowledge while driving learner success.
The successful candidate will ensure smooth onboarding, provide guidance, resolve issues, and work cross-functionally to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, tech support, content) to resolve learner concerns.
- Maintain updated learner data and touchpoints in CRM tools like Zoho or Lead squared.
- Support renewal and referral efforts by building rapport and offering a smooth learner journey.
- Pursue opportunities to improve processes and systems that drive learner satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Comfortable using basic productivity tools (Excel, email, video conferencing).
- Exposure to CRM platforms like Zoho, Lead squared, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience : 0 - 1 year experience in customer success, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
