Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Assist customers with product usage and provide personalized guidance.
  • Handle customer data import/export from production systems.
  • Ensure accurate updating of customer data in production systems.
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving inclination.
  • Ability to communicate complex business requirements in simple terms.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS.
  • Knowledge of issue tracking software like HubSpot, GitLab, JIRA.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Perl) for automating tasks.
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
