Job Title: Senior Technical Writer

We are looking for an experienced technical writer to create and maintain product documentation in the networking, telecom, or contact center domains. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in technical writing within these fields.

The role involves creating high-quality documents that meet the client's requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. If you have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch content, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, guides, and release notes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and QA to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Develop and maintain style guides and templates to ensure consistency across all documentation
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify gaps in documentation and develop solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the networking/telecommunications/contact center domain
  • Strong knowledge of DITA/Oxygen tools and other documentation software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
