About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product UX Designer to lead our FinTech and enterprise product design efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end UX design solutions for complex digital products.
  • Translate business objectives into engaging user experiences, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns.
  • Advocate for design thinking and contribute to shaping product strategy through design insights.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a strong design culture.
  • Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends in the FinTech domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Proven experience designing FinTech applications, dashboards, and transaction-heavy systems.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
  • Ability to create low to high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups.
  • Experience in user research, persona development, and usability testing.
  • Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
