We are seeking a seasoned HR Strategist to spearhead our organization's people initiatives. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices and the ability to develop and implement impactful strategies that drive business growth.

Job Role:

HRBP & Rewards Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance to executive management on talent planning, leadership development, and workforce optimization.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation initiatives from a cultural lens.
  • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market analysis, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and manage the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field from a top-tier institution.
