Distribution Channel Growth Manager

Job Summary:
Microchip Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Client Engagement Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the semiconductor industry and a proven track record of successful channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement distribution channel strategies to drive business growth and expand market reach across all industry segments in the Indian market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with global and local distribution partners to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with Microchip's objectives.
- Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, through distribution partners, driving quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including key account managers, product managers, and technical teams, to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Plan and execute client training programs utilizing channel resources and internal experts to enhance partner capabilities and product knowledge.
- Conduct business reviews and devise new strategies to better utilize channel resources for achieving growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or E&C Engineering, or a related field with a strong academic track record.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on channel management and distribution partner engagement.
- Proven track record of managing global and local distribution partners and achieving sales targets.
