Key Role Summary

This is a strategic full-time position for an Onboarding Manager located in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new university partners, fostering collaborations, overseeing partner relations and ensuring smooth integration of academic programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve acquisition targets and expand our presence in the higher education market.
  2. University Acquisition: Identify, prospect and acquire new university partners, presenting our product offerings and demonstrating their value proposition.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at universities, including administrators and decision-makers.
  4. Customized Solutions: Work closely with universities to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges and goals aligned with our product offerings.
  5. Negotiation: Lead MOU negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
