Job Title: User Acquisition Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for spearheading user acquisition strategies to drive growth and revenue. If you have what it takes to succeed in this dynamic role, keep reading.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition plans across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google Adwords, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Build, track, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaign objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in the mobile games industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Strong understanding of tracking technologies, metrics-driven decision making, and UA KPIs.
  • Experience working with Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Meta Business suite, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field, such as math, marketing, or finance.
