
Regional Sales Development Specialist

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing sales and revenue growth in your designated area. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities, build relationships with dealerships, and implement strategies to drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Appraise loan and advance payments for the approval of agricultural equipment and commercial vehicles.
- Conduct market research and visit dealerships to understand their requirements and needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to gain insights into their profiles and preferences.
- Monitor collections and work closely with the sales and collection teams to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to ensure the quality of cases and improve dealer service levels.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies across districts based on market conditions and customer studies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
