
Mortgage Business Developer

We are seeking a driven professional to fill the role of Relationship Manager - Mortgages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail mortgage products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from retail mortgages.
- Conduct site visits to assess client properties for mortgage purposes.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of retail mortgage products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in using technology platforms for efficient workflow management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.
