Business Development Associate

A Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as enthusiasm, drive, and a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions and services, and be able to effectively pitch these offerings to potential clients. Additionally, they should possess excellent research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Identify Potential Leads: Utilize market research and industry trends to identify potential leads and develop targeted strategies for outreach.
  • Pitch IT Solutions and Services: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT solutions and services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and differentiators.
  • Schedule Meetings and Demos: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos with potential clients, ensuring a seamless and productive experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or MBA (IT or Computer Science)
