Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads across all our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study and determine the prospect's pain-points to help them better understand how VR/AR technologies can resolve their problems.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up calls to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Proposal creation, documentation and closure of deals by developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM and ensure all prospect/client communications are logged.
  • Create and implement both broad and focused campaigns, curating the target market for these outreach programs.
  • Create periodic/monthly reports to senior managers/professionals, providing data-driven insights into the sales funnel/campaigns conducted during that time.

Requirements:

  • Corporate B2B experience, with a track record of closing big deals (> $50k USD).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM tools such as FreshSales, HubSpot or equivalent.
  • Ability to write emails/correspondence in business-professional English, in simple, grammatically correct, lucid form.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with email finder/verification tools such as Apollo, RocketReach, Lusha.
