Strategic Business Intelligence Specialist

XenonStack's BizOps team is seeking a Strategic Business Intelligence Specialist to analyze and evaluate business systems, document requirements, define project scope and objectives, and formulate data-driven solutions that align with overall business strategies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in understanding and communicating the financial and operational impact of changes, creating actionable and repeatable reports that highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include determining operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
Additional responsibilities include constructing workflow charts and diagrams, improving systems by studying current practices, designing modifications, recommending controls, defining project requirements, monitoring project progress, preparing technical reports, conducting research, interpreting and evaluating research data, and developing integrated business analyses.
Technical Requirements
- Ability to communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting
- Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience highly preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
