Key Relationship Manager Position

This is a highly skilled role that requires technical expertise, leadership skills and excellent collaboration abilities.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide technical guidance to the team on case review with proper documentation in CB/DfM/CSI tool. They will also assist in the development of project plans, set milestones, identify and mitigate risks as needed, and prepare recurring issues documentation.

As a relationship manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior colleagues, training new staff members, and collaborating with TL/Manager to align engineering strategies with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on case review with proper documentation in CB/DfM/CSI tool.
  • Project Management: Assist in the development of project plans, set milestones, identify and mitigate risks as needed, and prepare recurring issues documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Mentor and coach junior colleagues, train new staff members, and collaborate with TL/Manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in providing support or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of software architectures, Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology, and information systems development required.
  • Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in program/project management and process improvement, preferably in a support/operational project environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve support operations.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively.
  • Strong technical design and process analysis skills may be required.
